We Invite all the registered members of Samaikya Telugu Vedika e.V for the Bathukamma – Dasara celebrations, live in person.
After a long wait of 2 years, abiding by all of Corona’s latest regulations, we are glad to see you all again and looking forward to spreading the happiness.
Event Guidelines:
- Members should commit to obey the existing Corona Rules to join us to make it successful
- Members and their families, whoever attending the event should be fully vaccinated or recovered, as per the 2G Rules
- Members must present the EU certified vaccination certificates in Corona-Warn App or CovPass App at the event entry
- QR Code of the event should be scanned either in Luca App or Corona-Warn App to check-in to the event as per the guidelines
- Apart from above general Corona 2G Guidelines, additionally display the Bathukamma-Dasara event digital tickets (automatically sent after event registration) to the volunteers at the event check-in on 16th Oct
Due to the current Corona rules and the Event hall restrictions, we are initially allowed only 200 attendees. So the Tickets are limited to 200. Tickets are issued automatically, based on First Come First Serve.
No Show of the event tickets or above documents at the event check-in means, No Event entry !!
Please adhere to the rules, and cooperate with the Event Organizers for hassle-free execution. Please refer to the FAQs before reaching for support. Your questions might have already been answered there.

Frequently Asked Questions
We ask the consent for every event to keep it updated and it also helps us if any member or family is attending only one of the events in a year, then we will not miss them and have their consent recorded
As per the Federal Rule (Bundesregel), we allow only vaccine certificates issued or identified by the German Government. So if you have no EU-Certified Vaccine certificate, unfortunately, we will miss you at the event.
All the kids (12 and above years old) should also provide their vaccine certificates, as per the 2G Rules
Yes, Bathukamma-Dasara event of Samaikya Telugu Vedika e.V, is only for registered members. Of course, this is a free event as part of member benefits.
If you want to become a member, please register today and get the free entry pass eligibility as per the Guidelines and Event Categorizations provided on the Event page.
If you are already a registered Members of STV e.V IT Team has sent you the Website Login information a month ago. If the email is not received or missed, Please send an Email to itsupport@stvgermany.de or just chat with us from our chatbot on this page.
Only if it is not possible, you can bring the Impfpass showing your vaccination and the photocopy of the Event Digital Tickets.
Still, We can not check in you to the event as you can not scan the Event QR code from LUCA App. For this, Please reach ORG team contacts by WhatsApp or email to events@stvgermany.de
Not possible. STV e.V Member should register to the event from our website. After registration an confirmation with Tickets printed by attendees names are emailed and can not be shared with others.
Suggestion: If you can not make it for the event, please inform events@stvgermany.de to cancel your tickets. This way you will help others to book reservation tickets from our Website.
Yes, as this event registration process and Check-in, is complete digital. Event Pass, Vaccine Certificates, Event Check-in by Luca App all are done by your smart Mobile.

Great job. We will send the broadcast message to your emails, after we get any cancellations or any decision change on the increase of event Tickets as per the rules.
After the communication, you can login to the website and book the tickets as usually abiding the Guidelines and Event Categorization rules
We are happy to inform that you can also bring your parents to the event.
But The approved Vaccines in India are different from Germany. If the parents are fully vaccinated with AstraZeneca(Covishield), they can visit the Apotheke/Pharmacy in Germany and get the QR Code after showing them the Vaccine certificate(of India). Please scan this QR Code from in your CovPass App and make it ready to display at the Event Check-in.
