**Core Team holds all the rights to review the Annual Membership Fee, every year.
Membership Termination
- A member can terminate their Yearly Membership(Single/Family) anytime by writing an email from their registered email id to info@stvgermany.de specifically before the end of September in a calendar year, to avoid the auto-renewal of membership, for the next year.
- Registration Money can not be refunded for the cancellation.
- Normal Termination process will take 1 Month including settlement of any Assets, dues ( if any) by the Finance Team and removing access to the Website/WhatsApp/Facebook and Export and handover of any personal data from the Website (as per GDPR rules) by the IT Team.
- All the data or web content published or owned by the Member will be transferred to the IT Admin for further maintenance and the member has no rights further.
